15lb 2 oz - heavier than a Christmas turkey and pudding put together. It doesn't sound very appetising! Perhaps I should just look forward to the pale, bland baby rice mummy has plannned for me!

Yes it is true. In three months I have put on 8 lb 4 oz and now weigh over a stone. One stone 10 oz to be precise.

And how do they reward you for such fantastic progress - well at my doctor's surgery they stab you in the leg with a needle and say it's for your own good.

"Ok" I say "I get the point!" (well, think it actually as my vocabulary is still a concoction of "goos", "gahs", "ooos" and ""aahhs") and then they stick another one in you! In the other leg! I'd lost feeling in the other one - why didn't they do it there again!

The weekend I will mostly be directing Mummy and Daddy as they put up the decorations. Yes, it's almost Christmas. I don't know quite what it's all about just yet. Apparently some fat old man in a red suit will be coming down the chimney and leaving gifts. That's nice of him. He could just ring the doorbell though. I'm sure someone would let him in.
